CONN workshop: functional connectivity analyses of Magnetic Resonance Imaging data (fMRI)

Course topics cover importing and preprocessing fMRI data, denoising and quality control procedures, seed-based and ROI-to-ROI connectivity analyses, gPPI, temporal modulation analyses, ICA, fc-MVPA, graph analyses, dynamic connectivity, General Linear Model, and cluster-level inferential procedures, among others. 



Our courses are regularly hosted by the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging (part of the Massachusetts General Hospital, home to the largest hospital-based research program in the world, and affiliated with both Harvard University and MIT)
